Illustrative household · not a client story
Two adults planning a five-day visit. One works from home; both prefer everyday errands on foot, quieter evenings, and an apartment with few stairs. They want to compare actual rental costs before choosing an area.
This fictional example shows the level and structure of the written work. Your plan is prepared from your own brief; it includes three neighborhood matches and a full five-day itinerary.
Illustrative report excerpt
Start with a block around Parque de la Madre or Paucarbamba so you can test the routes between prospective apartments, shopping, and the services you would use. Compare two actual blocks; a neighborhood name alone does not establish noise or walkability.
A location close to errands can still put an apartment beside a busy road. Revisit the same block at the time you expect to be home. Record crossing difficulty, noise with windows open and closed, and stairs from street to apartment.
Begin at Parque de la Madre, ask about service availability through ETAPA Gapal, and compare groceries at Mercado 27 de Febrero. Arrange two apartment visits in the wider area. With permission, test a work call at the actual desk location.
For each apartment, collect a written breakdown of rent, building fees, included services, deposit, and setup costs. Keep monthly and one-time amounts separate. Leave unquoted costs unresolved instead of treating them as zero.
