Cuenca's digital landscape for local businesses and food enthusiasts expanded on October 15, 2026, with the launch of new tools by OSD Agencia. The event, held at Nila Rooftop in Cuenca, introduced three distinct platforms designed to enhance commercial operations and consumer experiences within the city.
One of the key offerings is Buen Gusto Guía, an extension of the existing Buen Gusto Magazine. This platform is a comprehensive gastronomic guide allowing users to search for restaurants by food type, browse menus, locate establishments on a map, and discover local culinary activities like workshops and tastings. It also incorporates a social network for sharing gastronomic experiences. A notable feature is Kuyito, an artificial intelligence assistant, which provides personalized suggestions on where to dine in Cuenca.
For entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses looking to establish an online presence, OSD Agencia presented Osdera Shop. Developed by Dorian Santamaría, this system enables businesses to create their own virtual stores complete with a custom domain, product catalog, design templates, various shipping methods, and both national and international payment gateways. The initial plan for Osdera Shop is available for 19.99 dollars monthly plus IVA.
The third tool is a customer relationship management (CRM) system tailored for companies that handle customer inquiries through social media and messaging platforms. This CRM centralizes conversations from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, automates responses, and helps organize commercial opportunities from initial contact through to sales closure. The initial plan for this CRM system is priced at 49 dollars monthly.
These new digital solutions from OSD Agencia offer practical support for Cuenca's vibrant business community, from enhancing restaurant visibility to streamlining online sales and customer interactions.
