Cuenca Symphony’s July Calendar Includes Free Concerts And Salsa Sinfónica

Cuenca has a full July calendar from the Orquesta Sinfónica de Cuenca.
The program includes chamber concerts, symphonic repertoire, a YouTube Sala Digital premiere, Salsa Sinfónica, and programs that mix major composers with Ecuadorian music.
Dates To Mark
On Thursday, July 9, the orchestra has a seasonal concert at Teatro Sucre at 20:00, with works by Luis Moreno, Antonin Dvořák, and Máximo Haro. Entry is free.
On Friday, July 17, Salsa Sinfónica is scheduled at Teatro Casa de la Cultura at 20:00, led by principal conductor Andrea Vela with Salsa Group as guests.
On Wednesday, July 22, a chamber concert is scheduled for the Hall of Museo Pumapungo at 15:00, with works by Enrique Yépez, Mozart, Philip Glass, Dávalos, Chick Corea, Mars, and Luis Salgado. Entry is free.
