Alianza Francesa Has a July Art History Course Built Around Food

If your French is already around intermediate level and you like art, food, or both, this July course is a nice little cultural lane.

What The Course Covers
The course looks at art history through gastronomy, moving across periods and places including ancient Egypt, Ming China, Dutch banquet tables and Warhol's Factory.
The pitch is part art history, part French practice, and part convivial cultural class rather than a standard lecture-only format.
Who It Is For
This is probably best for someone who already has enough French to follow a themed class and wants structured practice in a creative setting.
For expats in Cuenca, it is also a good reminder that language practice does not have to mean another generic grammar class. Sometimes the better hook is a subject you would want to talk about anyway.
