What To Do In Cuenca
For Cuenca, this is not a panic forecast. It is a normal practical one: bring a jacket or umbrella if you are going to church, lunch, Pumapungo, Parque Calderon or a Sunday market.
If you are driving in the hills or toward Cajas, assume visibility and road surfaces can change quickly. For emergencies in Ecuador, call 911.
